Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About this policy
This policy explains how Concipio Fertility Ltd ("Concipio", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit nestfertility.app (the "website") or join the Nest waitlist.
It covers this website and the waitlist only. The Nest app will have its own privacy notice, which you will see before you start using it.
2. Who we are
Concipio Fertility Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Concipio Fertility Ltd
170 Bishops Road, London, SW6 7JG, United Kingdom
Registered in England and Wales, company number 17234313
Email: info@concipiofertility.com
3. What we collect and why
Your email address
When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date you joined and, if you choose one, your country. We use them to tell you when Nest launches and to send occasional updates about its launch. We will not use it for anything else, and we will not send you marketing about other products.
We rely on your consent to store your details. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us (see section 8). You need to give us your email address to join. Everything else is optional. If you email us, we keep your message and address only to reply and as a record of your request.
Your optional answers
After you join, we ask three optional questions: who would use Nest, how you would most likely get it, and which two things would matter most to you. If you answer, we store your answers with your email address and read them to decide what to build first and where to launch. Our legal basis is your consent. You do not have to answer to stay on the waitlist.
If you arrived through a link that names where it was shared (for example a newsletter), we store that name with your signup so we know which channels work. We do not use cookies for this.
We do not share your email or answers with clinics, employers or anyone else, other than the service providers listed in section 5.
When you visit the website
Our web server automatically records technical information when the website is requested, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- OVH Ltd (OVHcloud): the server that runs the website and stores the waitlist and its backups, in the United Kingdom
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd: email (Google Workspace)
We may also disclose personal data if the law requires it, or to professional advisers or a buyer of our business, under a duty of confidentiality.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by a UK adequacy decision, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Your email address and any answers: until you ask us to remove them, or 24 months after you join, whichever comes first. Deleted data can stay in our encrypted backups for up to 35 days. If you start using Nest, the app's own privacy notice applies from then on.
- Server logs (your IP address, browser, the page and the time): deleted after 14 days.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (and, if you are in the European Economic Area, the EU GDPR) you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted, including leaving the waitlist
- withdraw your consent at any time
- restrict or object to how we use your data
- receive your data in a portable format, where applicable
To use any of these rights, email info@concipiofertility.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within one month.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, or to the data protection authority where you live. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
9. Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the waitlist is stored in a database that only our server can reach.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
